1 Casting machines

Casting is the simplest and most common casting method, which is a molding method in which molten metal is poured into a mold (metal mold, sand mold).

The casting machine is very simple, the main function is to open and close the mold automatically, and a flipping function is added to the more advanced.

2 Die casting machines

Die casting machine is a machine used for pressure casting. The die-casting machine will hydraulically shoot molten metal into the mold under pressure to cool and form, and solid metal castings can be obtained after mold opening.

3 Forging presses

Common in the forging industry are friction presses, mechanical presses, electric screw presses, roll forging machines, hydraulic presses, etc. Among them, mechanical presses and roll forging machines rely on mechanical devices to achieve precise forming, friction presses, electric screw presses, and hydraulic presses are all energy impact methods, which cannot guarantee the consistency of each forming.

4 Machine tools

Common in the machining industry are CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, turning and milling composite machine tools, drilling centers, etc.
