Automatic Production Line - Grippers
The driving methods of the gripper are pneumatic, hydraulic and electric, and the most used is the cylinder.
If the workpiece is relatively large and the weight is relatively heavy, you can consider using hydraulic drive.
The electric gripper is suitable for precise control of clamping force.
1) Parallel opening and closing cylinders
Parallel opening and closing cylinders are the most common gripper actuation method, and usually the opening and closing stroke is small.

2) Large stroke opening and closing cylinder
In order to be compatible with workpieces with different outside diameters, the large-stroke opening and closing cylinder has been developed, which can be used to clamp automobile wheels, etc.

3) Electric permanent magnet gripper
The electric permanent magnet gripper has a simple structure, does not have high requirements for the positioning accuracy of the workpiece, and can grasp square and cylindrical workpieces.

4) Centering three-jaw cylinder
The main feature of the three jaws is centering, which improves the grasping accuracy of the workpiece.

5) Vacuum suction cups
Vacuum suction cups are suitable for grasping workpieces on smooth surfaces, such as cartons, steel plates, etc.
