Automation equipment is supporting equipment that realizes the automatic operation of each process, such as turning machines, lifts, etc.

1) Single column turning machine

It is commonly used in welding positioners and can lift, flip and rotate the workpiece.

2) Double column turning machine

Double column turning machine is suitable for long strip workpiece, clamping both ends of the workpiece, and realizing the lifting and turning of the workpiece.

3) 90° flipping machine

Driven by a motor, the workpiece is flipped 90°.

4) 180° flipping machine

It is composed of two 90° flipping mechanisms to realize 180° flipping of the workpiece.

5) Flexible ring chain turning machine

Flexible ropes, chains, etc. are used to realize the flipping of large-sized and irregular workpieces.
