Conveyor connects various processes, such as conveyors, trackless electric flat cars, RGVs, AGVs, etc.
1 Belt conveyors
The belt conveyor uses a flexible conveyor belt as a continuous conveying machine for material bearing and traction components.
Advantages and disadvantages: continuous conveying, low cost, stable and reliable. However, the load-bearing capacity is weak, suitable for conveying materials with small shape and light weight.

2 Chain conveyors
Chain conveyor is a conveyor that uses chain traction, loading, or slats, metal mesh belts, roller tables, etc. installed on the chain to carry materials.

2 Chain plate conveyors
The chain plate provides a certain width of horizontal bearing surface for the conveyed material, and the width of the top plate is determined according to the requirements of the conveyed material. The plate chain conveyor is suitable for heavy-duty conveying of irregularly shaped items.

4 Flat top chain conveyors
A flat top chain consists of two basic parts, a chain plate with a hinged coil and a pin shaft, with a continuous flat top surface.
The conveying surface of the plastic flat top chain conveyor is flat and smooth, the friction is small, and the transition between the materials between the conveying lines is smooth, which can transport all kinds of glass bottles, PET bottles, cans and other materials, and can also transport all kinds of bags

5 Differential chain (double speed chain) conveyors
Special aluminum alloy profiles are used as guide rails, and speed increasing chains are used to drag tooling plates as conveying medium. The assembly line adopts the combined assembly mode, and the number of stations can be set according to the process requirements. The station is equipped with foot switch, power socket, station stopper, process drawing board, lighting, etc., and the line body is equipped with a jacking translator, jacking rotary table, etc., so that the whole process can achieve an automatic working state.

6 Roller (roller) conveyor lines
Roller conveyor is suitable for conveying all kinds of boxes, bags, pallets and other goods, bulk materials, small items or irregular items need to be placed on pallets or in turnover boxes for transportation. It can convey very heavy individual pieces of material or withstand large shock loads.

7 Mesh belt conveyors
There are metal and plastic mesh belts. The plastic mesh belt conveyor can be used as a machined finished product cutting conveyor line, which can not only separate the cutting fluid, but also avoid the surface damage of the workpiece.

8 Suspended conveyor lines
Stable operation, high efficiency, large bearing capacity, low failure rate of continuous operation, the assembly line can turn and climb at will, can adapt to various geographical environmental conditions, widely used in product assembly, material supply, drying, cleaning, spraying and other industries.

9 RGV electric flat cars (rail cars)
Electric flat car, also known as electric flat car, level car, trolley, straddle car, electric rail car, ground climbing car, etc., is a kind of electric transport vehicle with rail in the factory, first of all, it is a track-type transport vehicle, which needs to lay tracks on the ground, and the track is generally I-shaped surface contact track; Secondly, it is an electric drive vehicle, which runs automatically under the drive of the motor reducer, and again it is a flat car, the table surface is flat without a box cover, in special cases it can also be non-flat but without a box cover, the body has no steering wheel only forward and backward direction (even if it turns, it is also turned by the track). This kind of vehicle has the characteristics of simple structure, easy to use, large carrying capacity, not afraid of dirt and smashing, easy maintenance, long service life, etc., because of its convenient, robust, economical, practical, easy to clean and many other advantages, it has become the preferred means of transportation for enterprises to carry heavy loads frequently at short distances and between plants and plants.

10 AGV Automated Guided Vehicles
Automated Guided Vehicle is an automatic guided vehicle (mobile robot) collectively term, refers to the equipped electromagnetic or optical automatic guidance device, it can drive along the specified guidance path, racing automation with safety protection and a variety of transfer functions of the transport vehicle, AGV belongs to the category of wheeled mobile robot (WMR - Wheeled Mobile Robot).

11 Trackless electric flat cars
The trackless electric flat car uses the battery as the power supply, and the electric flat car walks directly on the ground with solid rubber-coated wheels, and does not need a track transfer car. Through the battery to power the flat car, walking on the trackless foundation ground, it can adapt to a small space and can rotate 360 degrees in all directions.

12 Skidding conveyors
The skid conveyor is composed of a ground roller and a walking skid, the skids can carry the workpiece, the skid can walk along the ground roller, its biggest advantage is the large load capacity.
Many overhead conveyors are not up to the task, and plate chain conveyors are not suitable due to the problem of assembling support trolleys. At this time, the use of skid conveyor just solves the problem of both, and the distance between the two skid is adjustable, which solves the general problem of component length in a large range.
Disadvantages: Due to the large volume of the conveyed objects, if the conveying route needs to turn, the turning radius is large, and it is generally used for horizontal straight transportation.
